Case 170 raises an important issue for me. This Indonesian national reported onset of symptoms on 6 March while in Indonesia, and presented at SGH on 9 March after arrival in Singapore.

She probably knew or suspected that she carried Covid-19 but still travelled to Singapore, because (a) Singapore has a better healthcare system and (b) [maybe] her healthcare costs would be covered by her employer's insurance cover.

How many other Indo - and Philippines - nationals might do the same and travel to Hong Kong already infected in the hope of escaping crippling healthcare bills in their home countries?
