It looks like China said "it's enough" and stopped reporting cases. Or the virus now follows communist party directives and writing some self-criticism in a dark corner, which is unlikely.

So it fits that it was confirmed that the Guangzhou Fair will take place, starting April 15th.

Not sure this is 'news' as such, but from this article, the mean incubation time is 5.1 days and 97.5% should show symptoms within 11 days. This gives a standard deviation of 3.2 days, so 68% of infected people would be symptomatic between 2-8 days (rounding a bit).

Unbelievable... Who will come? Must fly direct to Guangzhou... And on the way back facing quarantine or worse in home country... (btw all HK trade fairs in April has been postponed to July)

According to worldometers today and yesterday both days there were 1318 people discharged. What are the odds on exactly the same number two days in a row?

Which follows perfectly what certain known government employee frequenting this forum mentioned suggesting the opening of the border by April.

'Lombardy is our Wuhan and it gets worse by the day'

Yesterday the death rate among patients in Lombardy was 8.2 percent, compared to an average of 3.2 percent across all other parts of Italy.

Anhui, Jiangxi, and Fujian no longer have active cases of Covid-19.

Which of course is almost infinite. It was a rhetorical question.
