Ha ha. Let me know where by PM and I’ll come and add to your woes!
Seriously that’s poo. Your local councillor is clearly not local. I couldn’t give a shit about my neighbours but in that situation I’d be doing my utmost to call out the numpty and get the personal and social media apology.
Also where’s this list of dodgy addresses please?
This is the time the HK (non) Government can get some points back by taking action. Ramp up testing, prepare lockdown, retire the working from home orders NOW.
Haha, made myself laugh there. Of course they won't do anything.
Quite surprisingly

My Company hasn’t closed office even for one day since all this began in January. I get nightmares of getting infected while travelling in Bus from Lantau to Central.
A senior Hong Kong health official said on Saturday that the number of people testing positive for Covid-19 in Hong Kong is "quite scary", as the city added another 17 confirmed cases, bringing the total tally to 273 – almost double the figure from a week ago.
Dr Chuang Shuk-kwan from the Centre for Health Protection said as well as the new confirmed infections, another 20 people have tested positive for the virus in initial tests.
As in previous days, most of the new patients had recently returned from overseas. But Chuang said there are also some clusters of local cases.
