I suppose you're not a cantonese speaker. The guy taking the video is telling the taxi driver that the lady has a tracking bracelet on. In no way does he physically block them from getting on. The taxi driver doesn't seem eager to carry the bracelet-wearing passenger either.

Separately this raises another issue... do the bracelets not work?

Just look at China's line flattening out. It just doesn't look believable at all

If you don't test you don't 'fail'

MERV cartridges, which the video uses, are dirt cheap and widely available... in the US.

My wife is local and she seemed to think he didn't let them in the taxi. But she wasn't rally watching just sitting next to me as I watched it.

Anyway I just felt like the guy behind the camera was milking it for his 6 minutes of fame and to me the girl looked like a child so it didn't sit comfortably with me. I completely agree they shouldn't have broken quarantine though.

I am confuse, rthk news said the 13yo girl was eating in a restaurant that is in the hotel where she stays, then why they take the taxi? Now I guess the man, probably her dad, might be taking her home?

I guess the bracelets are working in some sense, without it we wouldn't be talking about it now.
