    government-issued 6K payout before so they know how to process that, I can only imagine their excuses, but somehow managed to give payouts to certain business, like coach / bus companies

    That sounds about right, it's now 9 days (I think) since the final rush from Europe and elsewhere into HK to beat quarantine... new cases will hopefully fall again now...

    Add this, Govt is negotiating MPF offset mechanism with business sector for 2 yrs, offered hefty settlement out of its own (taxpayer's) pocket but still no conclusion...
