Possibly means people with probable COVID-19 symptoms who have been admitted to hospital but not tested yet? If this is the case it would be quite worrying.

All my buddies back in Europe are jetting off to Greece for a proper summer break, while I can't even eat lunch with more than one colleague at once.

By this stage in HK, both the bathwater and the baby are long gone.

Worrying? It's the first time the number is under triple digits since July 13th... so it's a good thing.

Totally misread the July 13th thing yesterday. Thanks for pointing that out! So yes it’s a good thing.

I have preached decisions based on fundamentals logic my entire career. Never seen it break down so badly as this pandemic (in both directions in different places).

Making the choice to save the lives of a relatively low number of people over the convenience and economic benefit of the majority has nothing to do with logic and everything to do about values. It's a choice and to have the balls of claiming some kind of superior thinking over what the majority of countries are doing led by people with far more expertise than you is not only supremely arrogant but also distasteful.
