So as long as your International School ' only ' teaches or allows students to produce work that only accepts, China's version of history, then you're good to go!

    WHat a shocker !

Not very compatible with the rest of the free thinking world, though. :-(

In other words, they have successfully brought back the failed Moral and National Education (MNE) plan of 2012 , this time with more aggressive stance.

Its going to make HK education a laughingstock for the world, at least in the short-term. Mainland style propaganda and brainwashing is not going to work for HK so long as alternative sources of information is available.

Curious how much of this will apply to homeschoolers as well, since I understand a condition of homeschooling is occasionally showing “satisfactory progress”

I'm imagining a future in which a reputed surgeon is making a precise and neat incision over an anesthetized patient's abdomen for an xyz- tomy , and then, suddenly abandons the procedure halfway because according to the "wise owl" education, though the surgery may save the person's (lying unconscious) life, his/her existence will be a serious threat to the nation.

I worked with the Dean of a Business School up north. She had never taken a university exam in her life but was high up in the Party. She was nice enough though.

It sounds like the usual English govt. videos voice-over guy (you know- the voice-over of all the usual government promotion videos and all) didn't even want to do the voice-over for this one...
