Vaccine First and Second Doses - First hand experiences

Second dose at Boundary street. Quite busy but organisation as efficient as first dose. No questions about which vaccine, but asked two times if I was taking blood thinners (aspirin).

2nd dose of Pfzier-Biontech taken today at QE Stadium.

Appointment at 830am, was there at 7.55am where a queue of about 50m has already formed.

    Waiting area at 8.20am.

Waiting outside injection booth at 8.44am.

    Jabbed at 8.58am.

    Left at 9.13am.

This centre was not as efficient as the one at Sun Yat Sen, probably because not as many injection booths available.

    Injection was painless.

    No side effects as yet.

At Boundary Street, people who arrived early had to join a separate queue. I arrived around 08:50 for 9am booking and was out by 9:25. Those who arrived at the same time with 09:30 booking had to join a different queue. A different hall was used from the first booking - it appears smaller, but cannot say I counted the number of booths for each time.

Finally got inside the QE Stadium. My appointment was for 11:00 AM but finally sat down in the waiting hall at 12:00pm. Lots of locals here with some foreigners.

I guess they're coping with the backlog as best they can. I arrived 9 45 for my 10am appointment at QE yesterday, and was sat in the post jab area by 954.

BioNTech at the Sanatorium. Arrived at 9am, in the booth within five minutes. The whole experience was 20 minutes including the 15 minute rest. Very efficient.

They encourage you to sign the acknowledgement before you've read any documentation so I can see how mistakes may happen but they ask "which vaccination are you here for?" just before administering.

No side effects other than slight soreness around the injection site.
