    Depends what you mean by "fall". It seems some new buildings have "reasonable" rent asking prices. Ie. 2bed, 500sqft asking 18.5k. This is on a flat worth 11-12m HKD. Keep in mind theres around 2k condo/facilities fee (borne by landlord).

    The ROI is like less than 1.5%

    I'm out of here next month. Have reached my limit. Wish my stay here could have been longer. Don't see how the situation here improves any time soon.

    We got pelted with hail stones the size of golf balls 2 years ago during a freak storm, that damaged a shit load of cars, broke windscreens and peppered the roof, bonnet and boot lids of any cars that happened to be exposed. It also damaged a number of fruit/veg crops in the area too.

    I was lucky that our cars were under cover during that freaky day.
    The weird part was it was a warm day, low 30's temp like it usually is in Queensland around that time of year
