Strange comparison seeing, I would imagine for most people, they would choose the UK over HK right now? No chance of leaving the city to see family overseas, ridiculous restrictions like only tables for 4 even if it is a family of 5, children at school can not use utensils when eating, wear a mask when sitting alone on the beach, Penny's Bay if you are a close contact of a close contact. Compared to what horrors are you picturing now for the UK? Much higher vaccination rates overall and more importantly the vulnerable population, booster shot availability for everyone, life going on as normal. Oh the horror! Some people clearly have forgotten that this virus is actually just a cold for most people not an automatic death sentence if you catch it.

The picture may be different if you viewed it from the perspective of a worker in the NHS vs Hospital authority.
Oh yes because the elderly unvaccinated are desperate to get to Bali for the weekend so will be queueing up to get vaccinated now that this has been spelled out for them...
Sarcasm font over... This is just stating the obvious and as the elderly who are not vaccinated yet clearly do not care about the city being isolated this "pressure" as you call it will do sweet FA to increase vaccination numbers now.
