    Jan 2022 - COVID-19 Omicron wave?

Seems like Omicron is very good at spreading or the ventilation system was as bad as at Mr Ming's at K11 Musea (or more likely, both).

Might be linked to ongoing LTN at Carribean Coast.

    Yes it is coming.

Which makes the decision not to cancel last night's countdown events silly if they wanted zero covid.

But but but- as Sophia Chan said, it's not okay to gather at large events unless you intended to go to yesterday's TVB concert in Central (or the smaller one in West Kowloon).

Second LTN of the night. So potentially another prelim +ive. Slight progress from last year though. The restaurant downstairs seems spared... so at least having dinner out won't turn into an overnight nightmare.

I wonder if they will change the reporting rules, only symptomatic cases counted, etc.

I cease expecting the governments social distancing measures to make sense a long time ago. This only confirms my hunch.

Was wondering when the additional cases would show up. Now just a matter of how many places the secondary contacts visited...

I went past the concert venue yesterday- open air but close seating, all those people using the same toilets can’t be a great idea either. Also, police barricades up well before needed so that crossing Queen’s road between Landmark and M&S was like a crowded sheep pen.

Then I got on a packed bus and figured we are all doomed regardless
