The party of 12 with many young under 5 finally arrived at 5am this morning at PB close to 40 hours after landing Two years to put a structure in place and it is clearly fucked before the inevitable spread.
Zero Covid doesn’t work but the mainland at least resources it. That’s the big difference and the worry with the recent messaging from up north if we don’t sort ourselves out.

Random comment about the rubbish... it's only for a few days, why is it "piling up" already? Seriously should make people consider how much waste they're going through. Even take-away boxes can be washed and easily stored for recycling later.

"Hotels are not designed for disease control"....No shit Sherlock!!! We've been saying this for months! We've also been saying that the 3 week quarantine was not backed up by science and would likely lead to cross contamination and leaks into the community. The only incredible thing is that it took so long for that to happen......
