Leave the cats alone. It’s the dogs in prams that need to be culled and their owners lobotomised, though I think many of them already are.

drumbrake, hike and kittykaitak like this.

Nope if the govt says cull hamsters, we cull hamsters. Same with cats and dogs.
if you are not happy with it you know where the airport is or
you are more than welcome to protest

Is this always the case? Is this policy posted somewhere?

I can repeat my frustration, but what's the point.

There's so much I don't do simply out of fear of being locked up. Hardly any life to live here.

well they can start with my neighbour’s barking dog. It’s bad enough with owners that leave theirs outside for hours but worse when this thing just sits there barking while they’re watching TV. Normal village life behaviour but still frustrating. Then they have the son outside at 1030-11pm at night bouncing a basketball which obviously sounds twice as loud as it would do in the daytime.

    Cats - meh

But if they go for the dogs, I predict 2019 style protests.

Coolboy and Mrs. Jones like this.

I know early on they were rounding up pets and testing them so I think it's been the case for a while, which is why I have said many times that the answer to the question of whether you have pets is...no. If somehow they find them, it's a friend that you're watching it for, so you forgot to mention it. I can just imagine my nutjob cat getting tested for covid then stuck in quarantine- almost died in a 1-week quarantine in TW, heaven knows how long AFCD keeps them in HK. And if your cat is elderly or has a chronic illness, doubt you are getting a lot of specialist support.

If you are getting sent to Penny's Bay, you need to have a plan in advance- I'll take your cats if you'll take mine in case either of us get sent to Penny's Bay.
