They only ask for the kid’s passport.

BioNTech for kids with no HKID: booking error?

Has anyone succeeded in booking a BioNTech vaccine for a kid aged under 11 with no HKID, born overseas?

The website lets you enter the number on the visa/ROA sticker in their passport ("Exemption certificate") instead of a HKID/HK birth certificate, but I've tried repeatedly today and it's failed at the final step every time.

Today I booked successfully for another kid under 11 who *does* have a HKID. So I'm wondering whether there's a problem with the system in accepting the exemption certificate details. Or perhaps I just got lucky with one kid and not the other — I gather the system is very busy today.

I have an 8 year old born in the US with no HKID. I went to the post office to have it do e. Make sure you bring both yours and your kid’s passport, birth certificate, and visa.

    Very smooth process.

    good luck!

I booked this morning, but I haven’t received the SMS confirmation yet. Did everyone get theirs?

I thought current guidelines were for 1 shot? Nonetheless, I booked both….but probably cancel second shot.

Tell your kids to refrain from doing active/strenuous sports/exercise for 2 weeks after the vaccine.

Singapore kicked off kids vaccinations on 27th December 2021….
