Highlights:
- Kevin Choi: Vaccine pass will apply to premises "that will still be open" - club houses, hotels, guest houses, eating, shopping etc. Only vaccinated or exempted people will be allowed to enter.
Some other places will implement vaccine passes too - schools, govt offices, residential care homes etc. There might be some alternative arrangements for patients, primary secondary school students etc - who might have some exemptions.
Persons who are medically exempted will have to get medical certificates from Drs.
Active and Passive Premises - Active will include catering and club houses. Must proactively produce records for entry and will be scanned at entry. Passive premises include shopping malls, dept stores etc - must display directions / rules at entrance. Staff members must comply. Customers do not have to proactively produce records but enforcement officials will conduct spot checks.
- Tony Wong Demo Day: Apparently the app will make a sound and produce a QR code for the govt app to scan depending on your vaccination record status.
- "Carrying your vaccine pass, like your ID card seems like a natural thing to do..."
- Confirms that takeout orders / pickups at restaurants does not need scanning.
- Data will be uploaded to the CHP after the CHP gives the operator of the establishment a OTP (one time password) which will initiate uploads to the backend.
- Vaccine Pass will be in use for as long as required to fight covid.

Will not cover the Q&A - since this does not seem to be about new social distancing measure - just covering vaccination pass today.
