    Some rando expert recommends 1 person volunteer to deliver supplies to 100 homes.

    The government should call for volunteers to deliver supplies and meals, with one person responsible for 100 to 200 units, that is, 73,000 volunteers can solve the problem, "I believe that many Hong Kong people are waiting to do this.
