    Shame on the FCC. Foreign journalists are privileged in Hong Kong, at least compared to locals. They're big on press freedom, but now we see how easily they buckle when things get tough. Those guys don't really practice what they preach. Stand News and Apple Daily journalists might not have a fancy club, but we all see how brave and determined they are in defending press freedom.

    You seem to be suggesting the HK Gov are not upholding the requirement in the Basic Law to ensure there is a free press. Interesting

    I know of Apple Daily journalists who were members of the FCC. Not sure about Stand News since it was operated from the UK.

    The FCC is about cheap beer, not upholding journalistic standards. Always has been. Any credibility it pretended to have in the past has now gone forever.
