Tropical Storm Nalgae - All Signals Lowered

It’s actually quite blustery here in Sai Kung this morning. Seems this might be losing its strength as it crosses the water. T3 at some stage tomorrow I’m guessing but possibly won’t make a T8

Going by its track after leaving the Philippines (stiil windy and raining here) it stopped for a few Red Horse while it was here. It is the rain not the wind with this one.

Wednesday eve, maybe. It's blustery out here in TMT.

The last one that skirted HK on a simlar course actually produced much bigger gusts than all the T8s of this and last year, out here anyway.

There is another one following (Banyan/Queenie) on the same track so far. Doesn't look as big though.

The notice for T3 now says they'll keep the T3 until at least noon tomorrow. Not sure that means they don't expect it to go stronger.

The current storm Nalgae will not cause a T8 this afternoon, right!

I predict a precautionary T8 miraculously after business hours tomorrow and much debate through Thursday about how unnecessary the T8 was!

    calmathetic9 and drumbrake like this.
