if a visitor is tested positive, are they allowed to fly out before the 5 days of isolation is over?

These things seem to change regularly, but the last official word I read on this was that they'd only be allowed to leave if it were on a private mode of transport (i.e. private jet or yacht). Presumably, this was so that the finance bigwigs would come to the November conference. I wouldn't recommend anyone come to HK before this changes.

So fun when the customer in the bars and restaurants no need to do the RAT but the staffs still need, It seems the customers will not spread the virus to everyone.
