Live Nation Buys Clockenflap

Majority stake acquired..

The acquisition of Clockenflap – which includes the annual festival and also Clockenflap Presents, its live touring arm – does not include the ticket platform Ticketflap, which will retain its independence. Wednesday’s announcement followed the first ever sold-out Clockenflap this month after a years-long hiatus.

Sorry, you mean Live Nation / TicketMaster? Seems prices weren't ridiculously overpriced enough and needed some egregious leeching charges at the end of the bill...

Apparently ticketflap will still handle the ticketing, at least initially. That remains independent.
