    RIP Victims..

Not sure where this is going..

Lam wrote on Instagram on Friday after the attack that he would like to sell a pair of sneakers, which was the same as the suspect was wearing, as they were "good for fleeing."

Lam's ex-girlfriend, 2015 Miss Hong Kong Louisa Mak Ming-sze, liked Prudential's statement on Facebook but later unliked it.

A Facebook user, Ringo Pang, said: "I will cease my insurance policies immediately if any of the insurance companies dare to hire him.

He told the media he had received a call from the company's highest-ranking official, informing him of the termination. "He was nice during the call, and simply said they will terminate the contract with me, without stating the reason," he said.

"I am relieved from official duties now, and I am ready to pick a fight with the netizens," he said.

His mother, Lily Wong, said she wasn't worried about her son's future. "My son is a piece of gold and he will shine wherever he goes," she said. When asked if she would advise Lam to be less outspoken, Wong said it is one of his qualities to be a "voice for the community."

PS. I was at the gym in Diamond hill just after this incident hit. Everyone in the gym was gossiping what was going on and if theres a crazy guy with a knife nearby.

RIP to the innocent girls and highest respect to the extremely brave one who sacrificed herself trying to save her friend.

What a piece of work. Sorry, did I say 'work'? I meant 'cr*p'.

Edit: a couple of replies 'snuck in'. I was referring to Lam.

When I first saw that IG post sent from my friend. My first reply was "piece of sh*t". No other way to put it.

Well done for revealing your self.

The likes of you watch a couple of slowed down, choreographed self defence videos on YouTube and think "I can do that". Then reality strikes and ouch. Those who are trained in the right way are able to balance risk and reward, and coming up against a knife and an unpredictable attacker is always risk.

Life isn't the movies I'm afraid.

Suggest you read this article. From Bas Ruten. Another who's never been in a real fight I suppose...

No, this is not a random attack. This attack was against 2 lesbian lovers who were holding hands in the mall and the attacker was probably known to them. This attack would meet the definition of a hate crime in the WEST. Imagine seeing your lover being stabbed to death and trying to stop it. After the attack, the assailant just stood there quietly, didn't try to run away or seek any further victims. Shop workers nearby did not even know he was the assailant.Name: Screenshot_20230605_105730_WhatsApp.jpg

First there's this guy who claims he'd save the day if he were there. Then another one compares helping in a small car accident to those who didn't stop a knife-wielding murderous maniac. And there's this guy who falls off a chair but thinks he's an expert in self-defense. Talking big is easy...
