    (1) profits tax will go up.

    (2) land reform movement

    Hurrah, someone sensible is listening - the cuts will give the universities time to phase in new sources of funds, they could start with increasing tuition fees and capping academics' salaries which are among the world's highest ...

    No conflict. International students pay higher fees and don't draw from public funds.

    Fixing highest rent in the world should be the number 1 priority...
