    The report says 207 arrests made in 2021, 236 in 2022, 267 in 2023 for driving electronic scooters/vehicles. I can see why people aren't bothered and continue driving on footpaths.

    You make an interesting point. I think technically they are in a grey area but the government will never prosecute because it would be a publicity disaster.
