Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Kevin Yeung Yun-hung and Secretary for Transport and Logistics Lam Sai-hung were removed from their positions on Thursday.

China's State Council announced that Rosanna Law Shuk-pui, the Permanent Secretary for Housing and Director of Housing, was appointed as the new Culture, Sports and Tourism chief, replacing Yeung.

Mable Chan Mei-po, the Permanent Secretary for Transport and Logistics, was appointed as the new transport chief.
