Could be the UK too! I didn't know my family doctor had retired and I'm now under someone I have yet to see.
They put you through a 10-step process ad even then, you may not see a doctor.
One thing I am grateful for in HK is that you can buy medication without needing a prescription. I'm talking broad-spectrum antibiotics or eye infection medication.
In the UK, you can't stock up on more than one of anything unless you go round several stores.
