    Actually, it's not. In the UK all licensed premises must provide free drinking water to customers, by law. I think this law came about back in the day when clubs used to turn off the cold water in their bathrooms. It's a sensible law, and would be even more so in a hot country.

    Yes one water fountain per thousand people at a football match. So technically water is available.

    Again, the choice can be not to go right ? its up to individual and its a common knowledge. whats the use of crying over it and still wanting to get into the field ?

    They did this at Woodstock '99 for 250,000 people. Nothing new.
