Commissioner for Cyber Security, Hong Kong

Hong Kong needs to have a Commissioner for Cyber Security, similar to Singapore's Cyber Security Agency or America's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

This new Hong Kong agency will be consolidating offices and functions from the following:

- Police's Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau
- Digital Policy Office
- Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data
- Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT)
