I need a VPN to access Geoexpat

I was in Hanoi and found myself blocked out by Geoexpat.
In Ho Chi Minh everything was smooth.
Now that I am in Phnom Penh I can't access it again but through VPN.

    My IP here is 203.176.137.xxx

Just wanted to tell in case this is not an intended result of the firewall settings.

Yeah I had the same issue on the mainland but have a vpn so fine for me. Geo opened it up before for me so it should be fine.

It seems not to be blocked by country or even city, as I get access through the wifi of a small restaurant.

I had no problems accessing Geo when I was in Hanoi a few months ago so it isn't a country/city specific issue.

    Update

I just came back from a trip to Malaysia (KL, Cameron Highlands, Ipoh, Lumut). Access to Geoexpat from my mobile was no problem at any time, but from most WIFIs in the hotels (not all though) I got the 404 forbidden error.

I think thats because you need to pay for the WiFi. They usually bring you to a login page first

Definitely not. I can access other websites.
It is because Geoexpat blocks IP blocks.

I had the opposite in manila this week. WiFi was fine but globe broadband always blocked. Unfortunately my ip address kept changing so although geotommy unblocked it, it didn't stay unblocked!
