Re-set Password Problems

I need to re-set my password. However, my account is linked to an 'hotmail' email. I can access the email account, but emails about the new password from geoexpat do not arrive. Other updates from geoexpat do arrive in that account.

Any suggestions?

A support ticket was created earlier an a reply sent to your hotmail account. Did you not get the response?

Yes, switched to my gmail. Had the hotmail account for a very long time.

Seems like the password reset emails get binned by hotmail... also not sure why the support ticket emails don't end up in your inbox.
