I think I might know what the problem is - I assume you're using a centralised feed reader (i.e. they do server side fetches and then update the client apps).
If that is the case, then the chances are their feed reading bots are blocked - most bots are blocked as are major cloud providers which have aggressive crawlers / bots / proxies etc.
This is a good sign that their feed crawlers are blocked.

Support has responded and thinks the RSS feed is blocking feeder.co. Can an exception be added?

Looks like this is not going to be possible. Blocked at a level that is probably never going be disabled.
Sorry.. not worth opening this can of worms.
