When on the main page, when I put my cursor over the threads in the "Forum" section, the threads disappear in the oddest way . . . it looks like they are being rolled up in a scroll.

Chrome. Version 94.0.4606.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10. Up to date as of today.
Started about 48 hours ago. It happens with both the track pad and Bluetooth mouse so I don't think it's a quirk of my hardware.

Weird no changes have been made in about 3-4 days and this is on the hone page and just the forums block?

Yeah, only the Forums block. Weird indeed. If it's only me, then don't stress. Probably something on my end.

Same thing happening here too, using Vivaldi browser 4.2.2406.54. Link disappears as soon as the mouse pointer moves off the link you were hovering over. Doesn't happen when using a "New Private Window" in Chrome. Have tried disabling all ad blockers and cleared cookies, no difference.

Did test this on a Windows 10 + Chrome combo - no issues.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, on WIN 10, new installation of the OS done yesterday, full format of C: ,removed all partitions & reinstallation of OS/drivers/programs etc (browsers are portable versions so they just got carried over into the new install). Re-installation was a planned project and had nothing to do with the problems being experienced here.
My other Vivaldi browser doesn't have any problems
