Seems to me that GeoExpat is similarly "Of little use" !!

I got to the end of several topics - including this one - and found what seemed to be the start of another "page" and then only to find that (in this case) "Page 5" only fed me back to the start of "Page 4" and never ever led the reader on to the following page.

Do it lead us "Up the Indian Rope Trip" and trickily vaporise the reader Shri??

Will this comment similarly vaporise???

Something to do with posts being deleted and the vBulletin (forum software) needing to refresh its cache / reindex the posts

No, he's confirmed what @aw451 said above. It's to do with deleted posts. That's it. Mystery solved.

Happens on a account deletion which then results in posts being hard deleted and the counters and caches need to be updated... Which is not done automatically. Will schedule it later today... To keep the bosses happy.

Interesting. So if someone deletes their account all their posts disappear? That would make some threads unreadable if certain posters disappeared.
