Ad was taken out before expiry

Last Sat I received a notification that my ad placed in GeoExpat Classified will expire in 6 days. When I log in to check my ad on the very day, it was not even there at all! Tried writing in to Geoexpat but received no feedback.

If GeoExpat is reminding me to renew my ad if needed, why isn't my ad there. How am I supposed to renew my ad if it isn't there???
