Can't upload profile photo

Hi guys, I've been trying to upload a profile photo but no luck. I get error message saying unable to save image. image is 100x100 pixels and less than 3kb

The system automatically rejects photos of people with weird facial hair.

How do you get it level on both sides? Never mind...

Acutually can anyone teach me how to upload profile photos since i am really NEW in selling things due to Relocation. I've got fed up every time being call 'dumb' when pegging for assistance.
