Ebay HK: How to change mails from chin. to english?

We just transfer our ebay corporate account from europe to HK.
Everything works fine, but we have big problems with reading etc. of the "buyers questions" and "end of auction mails" because they are written in chinese

How can we change to english mails?
Any experience?

Have you emailed them?

Doubt they'd translate emails / questions sent to you from buyers... might just be easier to hire an clerk to read them.

Yes, we mailed 2 days ago... no answere

Reading is not the main problem, google can do that...

BUT we use a program who uses the "end of auction mails" and import it to our system. This system requires engl. language.
