Designer, web designer, or marketing executive, this is my question?!?!

Dear all,
I am having really a big headache that I can’t stand any longer… maybe some of you can help me!

Basically the question is that here (HK) we (me) need to arrange logos, catalogues and websites for three companies of the group (European) I work for that planned sales development for here.
Actually I am getting crazy because I reached a point on which I am too busy taking care of customers, suppliers and crazy board of directors (in Europe) and I think I can’t handle also this on my own in a professional way.

Up to now I have been able to collect many offers for printing/graphics companies that ask me for EVERYTHING (photos, descriptions, contempt) BUT THE COLORS together with quite a high amount of money.

ANY SUGGESTION (good company/marketing services provider), PERSON TO INTROCUSE OR PERSON INTERESTED IN SUCH A COOPERATION???????

I am not used to lose time, and now I can’t lose it at all so please do not hesitate let me know anything you think should be useful from now!

Powerpoint has done a fair bit of print and online design for us and our clients.
