    Commodity Trading Online?

Hope this is the right place to post. Beginner in this commodities malarky!

I'm looking for a way to trade in commodities in Hong Kong. Is this possible? Or do I have to, say, setup an account at etrade and trade in ETFs?

I want to buy stuff like silver, wheat, oil, cotton etc.

    Hope someone can help.

u have to do it via futures.
the only etf like commodity product that is non leverage is the abn amro zero certs and they only have silver and wheat and gold. not on cotton.

You can use shkonline.com for stock options, HK index options and futures on HSI index. For commodities you can use interactivebrokers.com

    Cheers!

as mentioned in the other thread Lyxor offer a number of ETF's available on the Hang Seng including a Commodities tracker. If you have an HSBC bank account you can buy and sell these online.
