    Can some1 intorduce a Notary Public around Quarry Bay area with reasonable price?
    Need to notarized a document.

    Was quote HK900/page, is this normal?

    Does it need to be notarised or can it be certified or can you get it sworn in front of a free commissioner for oaths?
