    This only benefits the taxpayers, business owners and property owners. I'm not complaining.

    I don't think giving the poor people more money (like the $6000 HKD giveaway) will help their case nor help them improve their standard of living. I think they need more opportunity and resources to get them out of their current situation. The competitive HK environment isn't help them either (ie: high cost of living, high rents, low wages, etc... All controlled by the upper class folks)

    I much rather see the money move towards those services, rather than solely relying on cutting taxes and giving more allowances to the upper class folks.

    EDIT: But I do appreciate J.Tsang looking out for me I love his annual budget talks haha
