Jollibee has just bought Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. USD 350 million. The empire grows.

I guess Jollibee is pretty much maxed out in Philippines?

Can't be far off though they have 11 other brands.

Market not liking Jollibee's acquisition of a loss making undifferentiated coffee house at all. They're struggling already with their recently acquired brands like Smash burger. Probably better to sort those ot rather than add more problems to the pile.

    Glad I'm not a shareholder.

You said the same about the PSEi and that propelled it to a bull market so I am sure JFC shareholders will be happy to hear your prediction

Well better to get in when it's low! If it was just Jollibee I'd buy their stock for sure. Love their fried chicken. Good greasy cheap eats.

Analysts are saying wait for 220. Still trading at over 30 p/e so far from cheap. Jollibee take an average of 3 years to turn around their loss making acquisitions.
