    FPS to receive payments from client. Fees? Which bank?

    We are thinking of using FPS to receive payments from clients later in the year and I wonder if anyone has set it up.

    Has anyone got any experience in doing this?

    What are the monthly fees?
    HSBC offering 40% of the monthly fee if you are receiving more than HK$15,000 a month

    @Fenix2 - In our experience

    B2B - Payments by cheque / transfer or credit card (use Stripe's invoicing).
    C2B - Credit / transfers to bank acct with manual SMS verification of transfers

    Do HSBC offer an API or callback to automate the transfer verification?

    seems they have an API. If they didn't well it would be a waste of time....

    But it is HSBC they have a long history of bring out chocolate teapots with unrealistic requirements and very high fees.
    My guess is once I see the fees I will drop the idea, particularly given that we have to invest a bunch of dev work on making that API work. HSBC typically values their clients times at zero dollars.

    LOL

    "HSBC adopts the latest internet security measure with the adoption of EV SSL Certificate (Extended Validation SSL Certificate). With this verification certificate in place, you can instantly know you're on a genuine HSBC website. We suggest customer to check the digital certificate with a desktop computer. Of course they are not using a EV certificate!
