my family member had new PayPal account in Hong Kong. We provided Phone number, Email and HKID to begin with.
1st transaction was undertaken and bought something. Next time when tried to login, PayPal started giving error. 1. PayPal didn't recognize the email and phone number we provided in beginning.
2. PayPal doesn't allow to reset password and ask me to call phone.
3. When I call phone number, nobody is there to help and there is no way to get support.
I have topped up PayPal account and that money will be blocked for ever. I want to raise concern for my purchase and I wont be able to do that and loose my claim.
There is no way to contact or complaint about PayPal. Can any one guide how to seek support. Two different screens attached. Screen 1: email today morning about my PayPal account has offers. 2. PayPal showing email is not recognized.
