How power of attorney can be attested in Hong Kong ? who can do that and what are usual charges? Do Grantor and Agent, both need to be in Hong Kong? Does Oath commissioner service can be used?

Many consulates provide this kind of service but it depends what the purpose is. And there are local lawyers and notaries too of course.
