Plenty, but you'll need to define what "worth" means.
If you mean by various consumer price indices (including/excluding housing etc etc) then the government data is here: http://www.censtatd.gov.hk/showtable...sp?tableID=052
As an example, the Composite CPI for 1992 was at 77.8 and for 2009 it's at 109.5. So using that measure HK$15,000 in 1992 would be worth $21,111 (where "worth" means relative to what it would take to buy the "standard" basket of goods and services as defined for the Composite CPI).
But it really depends what the question is you are really trying to answer.
Alternatively, the HangSeng Index in February 1992 was at about 4,600. Today it's at about 20,300, so $15,000 invested in the Hang Seng Index in 1992 would be worth about $66,000.
