    ‘Financial freedom’ costs US$4 million in Hong Kong

    Interesting survey and study. Actually quite surprised the number was only USD4M in HK, thought it would have been higher.

    USD 4M x 3% yield = 10K USD a month.

    (not in a mood to deal with some sponsored / PR content on SCMP...)

    I could get an awful lot more than 1% on the 80k you’d be wasting on rent.
