Germany announces border closures of sorts...
https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...le-coronavirusWalls are being raised and mass quarantines enforced across Europe to combat the spread of the coronavirus, with Germany the latest to partly seal its borders, banning entrants from France, Switzerland and Austria from Monday.
Whilst we are all fairly comfortable here in Hong Kong with out super vigilant safe systems- there are HK people coming back from countries where they are being told they have to self quarantine x 14 days. This is a good idea, however there may be issues. A lady came to me today to say her regular private practitioners office would see her- and she needed a very specific blood test this week. Our practise isnt very busy right now, and we are all pretty careful, masks , handwasing etc. So FYI some practises will see you and some wont.
