    From Hemlock

(For some vivid and brutal ludicrousness-exposing, watch these lip-synching comediennes do Donald Trump and UK Home Secretary Priti Patel. Can someone do a Carrie Lam?)
Rather than attempting to get answers, can someone just do Ms Lam in a similar fashion.

Too bad we can't go after the blood of the failed Hong Kong "government" or the HKPF in similar fashion. Frustrating...

It is frustrating which is why I wouldn't be surprised to see more blood on the streets of HK in the future. Instead of finding ways to appease, the government and the HKPF keep on finding ways to piss off people even more.

    RTHK story...

The head of the China team, veteran journalist Szeto Yuen, told reporters waiting outside the station’s headquarters that he was among those submitting resignation letters.

Without elaborating, he said he felt “unhappy” about what happened, adding that the reason for his departure was “very obvious”.

An insider also told RTHK that he saw several others from the desk filing their resignations.

Several assignment editors, including the head of the local, finance and international desks, were also believed to have quit.

The high-level resignations came hot on the heels of the broadcaster’s decision to sack around 40 staff from the news department, including reporters, camera operators, editors and production workers.

The thread is worth following beyond the snippets here. LO influence and thinking fingerprints everywhere.

Not directly related but ViuTVSix News (NowTV) is no longer produced by Reuters since Monday. They now broadcast translated reports from the 332 Now News Channel (which had ex-TVB management figures parachuted in not long ago). Likely a cost-cutting measure but also convenient to eliminate some 'foreign influence'.
