We just had 3 days of ~7Kms of roads around the convention centre in the last month. The illegal protests were usually a few hours at off peak time with the exception of the siege of Poly U which had a dispersal approach been used would probably of been over in a few hours instead of days.
If you are interested in counting, the 250m or so of Tim Wa Avenue have been permanently closed since June 2019, which makes many, many hours.

I would guess there is a clear winner for closing roads to vehicular and pedestrian access. As there is a clear loser to injuries that require hospitalisation comparison.
