    I believe the "Run, Hide, Report" is an instruction to the police about what to do when they see trouble...;-)

    It does seem to be a good idea to give people advice on what to do if they're attacked by on the street by heavily-armed violent thugs.

    On the other hand, calling 999 to report the police are beating the crap out of you seems counter-productive.

    I hope it isn’t the WSD payimg for this. Just settled my water bill for leaving HK. I worked out it’s an average of $20 per month just think how much cheaper it could be without wasting money like that!

    I have some concerns about step 1. Have you seen what shape the average person is in right now? To reduce injury risk, they should have said to walk vigorously instead.

    Wasn't 1967 the last time there was a conviction for making a bomb (excluding smoke bombs)?
