There are about 84,000 hotel rooms in HK. Are there really that many people in quarantine? Or have the hotels simply not been tapped for this 'voluntary' service yet?

Among the new cases added on Monday, 21 are linked to previous clusters with some are linked to a dim sum shop in Sheung Wan where staff working there and a taxi driver who had ate there had tested positive.

The new victims consists of people from varied walks of life including construction worker, real estate manager, a Park n Shop cashier and two part time taxi drivers.
